Temporary handoff planner
The planner uses generic workflow and role choices plus four checkboxes. Its code keeps those choices and the generated map in current-page memory only. It does not send them over the network, save them to cookies or localStorage, or connect to AppFolio. Clear or reload resets the tool. There are no free-text, identity, account or file fields.
Optional reading memory
Reading-position memory is off until accepted. A first-party cookie records the preference; browser localStorage can then remember article paths and reading positions. The Cookie Policy explains storage names, duration and withdrawal. These reader features do not send analytics or advertising events.
Website delivery
Website delivery
Visiting https://myiappfolio.com/ sends ordinary requests to the services that deliver this website. Those services may process an IP address, requested page or asset, request time, browser information and referring address for delivery, security or diagnostics. Which records are kept, where they are processed and how long they remain depend on the services and their settings. Any specific details supplied by the publisher are listed below; the reading-storage duration does not describe server-log retention.
Editorial tools and browser storage
The handoff planner and article filter run in the current page. Their code does not submit your planner inputs, filter choices or results to the publisher or an outside service. Optional reading positions are read and written in this browser. The preference cookie records your reading choice and is sent with matching website requests by your browser. The Cookie Policy lists these records and their duration.
Email correspondence
An email link opens your email service. Sending email shares the message, sender address and related delivery information with the sender’s and recipient’s email services and the publisher. These services handle email separately from the reading controls. Any specific correspondence-retention or processing-location details supplied by the publisher are listed below; the reading-storage duration does not describe email retention. For questions or requests concerning correspondence, contact lisatomas@gmail.com. Do not send credentials or resident records, owner statements or private work orders.
Other website technologies
The handoff planner and reading controls do not include analytics, advertising tags or third-party media players. Other WordPress plugins, embedded content and hosting services can operate separately. Reading-preference controls govern only the reading feature; they do not control those services or establish a complete inventory of the website.
Email and search
An email link opens your email service. If you send a message, its content and sender details are processed by your email service and the recipient’s email service. Send only information needed for your editorial or privacy question. The publisher can answer questions about correspondence and requests for access, correction or deletion through the contact address. Website search includes its phrase in the request URL, which hosting or security services may handle. Use general topics, not names, addresses, account identifiers or private operational details.
External resources
Opening a link makes a request to the destination under its own practices. Your choice here does not control that website. Articles do not embed sign-in screens, payment forms or third-party videos.
Your controls
Rejecting optional storage stops this reading feature’s writes and attempts to remove its stored positions. Browser controls can remove site data. These actions do not erase correspondence, server logs, browser history or records held by AppFolio or your property manager. Contact the relevant organization about its separate processing.
